Returns Policy for Top Fragrances (South Africa)


Thank you for shopping with us! We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to return a product. In order to provide you with the best possible service, we have outlined our returns policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns:

- Our returns policy is applicable to products purchased from our store.

- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt and/or packing slip, is required.


2. Timeframe for Returns:

- You have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to initiate a return.

- Please ensure that the returned product reaches our store within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order.


3. Non-Returnable Items:

-For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used perfume oils and bottles, unless the product is faulty or damaged upon receipt.

-Custom-made products (scented body products)

-Sale items

-Gift cards


4. Returns Process:

- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email (info@topfragrances.co.za), providing your order details and reason for return.

- If your return is approved, you will be provided with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to proceed.

- The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a faulty or damaged product.


5. Refunds and Exchange:

- Once we receive the returned product and inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund or exchange.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days and a charge of 10% is applicable to the refund amount.

- If you prefer an exchange, we will provide you with a store credit or assist you in selecting an alternative product of equal value.


6. Faulty or Damaged Products:

- If you receive a faulty or damaged perfume, please contact our customer service team immediately.

- Provide us with details and, if possible, photographic evidence of the fault or damage.

- We will either arrange for a replacement to be sent or provide you with a refund, including return shipping costs.
